Responsibilities: • Partner with CRM, Growth Marketing, and Data Science teams to support analytics for engagement and retention initiatives across a portfolio of streaming and media brands. • Conceive and execute an analytics strategy for CRM performance measurement, insights, and optimization across Email, Push, and In-App messaging channels. • Lead analyses of testing efforts to surface insights that drive customer engagement and retention, including KPI deep dives, marketing efficiency analysis, A/B testing, behavioral clustering, demographic and psychographic analysis, audience affinity analysis, and customer journey analysis. • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise narratives for stakeholders, both visually and verbally. • Inform the design and development of self-serve dashboards to enable data democratization and an “Analytics as a Team Sport” approach. • Lead day-to-day collaboration with the Growth Marketing team to collect business requirements, develop analytics plans, surface insights, and contribute to data-informed strategies. • Manage multiple analytical workstreams simultaneously while delivering on time in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What’s in it for you? • High-visibility contract role embedded within a world-class Decision Sciences team at a Fortune Broadcast Media & Entertainment organization. • Direct impact on how millions of users engage with some of the most recognized streaming and media platforms in the industry. • Opportunity to work across a broad portfolio of brands, gaining exposure to large-scale CRM and growth marketing analytics. • Collaborative, fast-paced environment that values data-driven thinking and cross-functional partnership.
