Role description
Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics
π Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and oversee predictive models, customer segmentation strategies, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) frameworks using machine learning and statistical methods
β’ Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering strong analytical and storytelling capabilities
β’ Drive digital experimentation and performance measurement, including testing frameworks and optimization initiatives
β’ Build compelling executive-level narratives and visualizations that translate complex analyses into clear business insights
β’ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver data-driven solutions
β’ Lead personalization strategies across digital properties using customer data to deliver tailored experiences
β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to define and evolve long-term analytics strategy aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications
β’ 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, preferably within a retail or digital environment
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL with a solid understanding of relational database concepts
β’ Experience applying predictive analytics and data science techniques using Python or R
β’ Proven ability to influence decision-making through data and analytics
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
β’ Advanced degree strongly preferred
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
β’ Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital/web optimization platforms
β’ Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
β’ Background in personalization, experimentation, or digital optimization initiatives
