Responsibilities • Develop models to maximize marketing ROI and allocate resources efficiently. • Implement geo-experiments to assess the effectiveness of paid media strategies. • Design experiments to boost app engagement and improve subscriber retention. • Build machine learning models to inform digital marketing strategies. • Create Python-based web applications for monitoring and analyzing test data. • Present experimental findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering for model deployment and performance tracking. • Advance research initiatives in AI, causal inference, and statistics. • Communicate insights within cross-functional teams to meet business goals. • Compose complex SQL queries for comprehensive data analysis. • Develop Python libraries to streamline processes for team access. Skills • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science. • Minimum of five years’ experience as a Data Scientist. • Proficient in SQL, Python, and R programming. • Experience in creating marketing mix models. • Competence in enterprise data warehouse environments. Preferred Skills • Experience with media agencies and subscription or e-commerce sectors. • Skill in building web applications using frameworks like Streamlit or Dash. • Knowledgeable in machine learning techniques including regression and clustering. • Understanding of lift analysis and A/B testing principles. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and business intelligence dashboards.
