Reporting & Process Optimization • Monitor performance metrics and dashboards to ensure program health. • Provide reporting and insights to leadership on digital performance and trends. • Drive improvements to dashboards, reporting tools, lead handling processes, and database management. • Support data cleansing, compliance processes, and customer database integrity. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, automotive retail programs, or related field. • Automotive industry and/or agency experience strongly preferred. • Experience managing Tier 3 website programs and dealer network operations preferred. • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple vendors and workstreams simultaneously. • Proven ability to hold vendors accountable and operate with confidence in high-pressure environments. • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret digital metrics and identify performance issues quickly. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Basecamp, and dashboard reporting tools. • Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-up skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivoting as priorities shift.
