About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing and highly creative digital agency, is seeking a Marketing & Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision making across a portfolio of high-impact client engagements. This is a contract role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and client-facing strategy.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights that drive campaign success.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze marketing and customer data to uncover trends, insights, and growth opportunities
• Evaluate and optimize paid media performance across channels (e.g., Google, Meta, etc.)
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define KPIs and track campaign effectiveness
• Deliver clear, compelling client presentations that translate data into strategic recommendations
• Support ongoing experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles
• Strong experience with paid media analytics and performance marketing metrics
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Solid analytical skills with experience in SQL, Excel, or similar tools
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in a client-facing or agency environment is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setting
