Senior Marketing Analyst (Contract - 6 Months) London WC2 (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote) £100,000 pro rata We're partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire a Senior Marketing Analyst to support a high-impact consumer marketing team focused on digital products and user growth. This is a hands-on role combining marketing analytics and technical data skills, with a focus on understanding performance, improving reporting, and driving better decision-making. The Role You'll work across marketing and product teams to analyse performance, build reporting, and identify opportunities to improve how marketing impact is measured and scaled. Key responsibilities: • Analyse marketing performance across B2C digital products and campaigns • Build and enhance dashboards (DAU, WAU, campaign performance) • Deliver insights to support marketing strategy and investment decisions • Work with large datasets using SQL and analytics tools • Improve and automate reporting processes • Explore the use of AI tools to optimise workflows and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders What We're Looking For Essential: • 5-10 years' experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or growth analytics • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Experience with tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Firebase • Solid understanding of statistics (e.g. correlation vs causation, experimentation basics) • Experience analysing B2C marketing performance (e.g. paid media, app growth) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable: • Python or similar programming experience • Experience improving or automating reporting processes • Exposure to AI tools or workflow automation Background We Value • Consumer tech, apps, or digital platforms • Performance or growth marketing environments • Data-driven teams where analytics informs decisions If you're comfortable working with data, improving how performance is measured, and partnering with teams to drive better outcomes, this role offers strong exposure in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
