Digital Communications Platform Product Senior Analyst (MarTech Product Role)

Required Skills & Experience
β’ Platform experience:
β’ At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
β’ Candidates with other Enterprise ESP / MarTech tools can be considered if experience is strong and transferable.
β’ Transferable ESPs (acceptable if strong):
β’ Oracle Responsys
β’ Oracle Eloqua
β’ Channel experience:
β’ Practical experience with email marketing (primary channel).
β’ Exposure to SMS campaigns.
β’ Functional/technical hybrid:
β’ Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and business outcomes with marketers.
β’ Able to understand capabilities/limitations of Marketing Cloud and set expectations with stakeholders.
β’ Work authorization:
β’ Must not require any visa sponsorship (no H-1B, etc.). Candidate must already be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Nice-to-Have Skills
β’ Experience with other tools in the teamβs ecosystem:
β’ Braze (especially push channel).
β’ InfoBip.
β’ Salesforce ecosystem / emerging tech:
β’ AgentForce (Salesforce agentic / AI experiences).
β’ Salesforce Data Cloud.
β’ Domain and regulatory familiarity (can be taught, not required):
β’ Healthcare / highly regulated industries.
β’ High-level knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA as they relate to messaging.
β’ Familiarity with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
