Are you passionate about driving customer engagement and retention through advanced analytics? One of the country's largest streaming and digital media organizations is searching for a Lifecycle Marketing Analytics Lead to support their high-impact team and play a central role in shaping cross-channel strategies. In this role, you will unlock insights from marketing data, champion experimentation, and collaborate with innovative partners to influence how millions experience subscription-based content. This exciting opportunity to lead lifecycle analytics initiatives begins as a 1-year W2 contract with a strong possibility for full-time conversion. The position offers competitive benefits and is located onsite (4x per week) at their headquarters in the Hudson Square neighborhood of Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities
β’ Spearhead collaboration between lifecycle marketing and analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, advanced reports, and clear performance metrics.
β’ Manage and improve self-service tools for tracking marketing effectiveness, automation, and ROI.
β’ Provide daily analytical support to the engagement team, including deep dives into data, advanced reporting, and ongoing performance trend monitoring.
β’ Identify insights and emerging patterns in campaign data to optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, focusing on retention and engagement strategies.
β’ Conduct segmentation, cohort analyses, and partner with data science for predictive modeling to enhance understanding of customer journeys.
β’ Set and communicate a rigorous experimentation agenda, and foster a culture of best practices in test design, implementation, and learning across teams.
β’ Recommend strategies for better targeting, creative, and message personalization to maximize campaign impact.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert on audience data, attribute definitions, and analytics methodologies to ensure insight accuracy.
β’ Stay up-to-date with marketing analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree required.
β’ Demonstrated expertise with SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
β’ Hands-on experience designing experiments and using data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
β’ Proven ability to uncover trends in complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
β’ Strong history in digital marketing analytics, especially within subscription-based or streaming service models.
β’ Skilled in segmentation analysis, automation (especially email), and communications effectiveness measurement.
β’ Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Solid understanding of A/B testing, statistical analysis, and causal inference concepts.
β’ Experience reporting standardized KPIs across diverse markets.
