

Senior Marketing Techology Analyst
Responsibilities
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Analyst to join their team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week in onsite and 2 days a week work from home. Summary: We are seeking this resource to play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing core marketing technologies, including our marketing data warehouse, identity management systems, and customer data platforms. As the subject matter expert on marketing data and technological capabilities, you will drive the development of a data-first culture within our Marketing team. Your mission is to create, maintain, and champion a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers, ensuring actionable insights are seamlessly integrated across all member touchpoints. The ideal candidate excels at building practical, innovative solutions and leverages technology to address real-world business challenges effectively. Duties:
• Act as the central authority on marketing data architecture and technological capabilities, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and promote a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, enabling personalized, data-driven interactions across all touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technological solutions that drive measurable outcomes
• Lead efforts to continuously improve data quality, integration, and accessibility across marketing systems
• Evangelize the use of data and technology within the marketing organization, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline required; Master's degree in marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus but not required
• 5+ years of experience in IT or Technical business function
• 5+ years of experience with SQL
• 5+ years of experience with database programming, modeling or administration
• Expertise with HubSpot is heavily preferred or Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data)
• Expert level SQL and at least 1 additional scripting or 4GL language
• Experience in setting up a CRM platform from the ground up
• Experience with MDM technologies
• Experience with integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT and ETL
• Experience with diagramming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio)
• Expertise with Hubspot is a plus or Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data)
• Expert level SQL and at least 1 additional scripting or 4GL language
• Experience in setting up a CRM platform from the ground up
• Experience with MDM technologies
• Experience with integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT and ETL

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
