Senior ODI Developer – REST APIs & Groovy Location: CA (West Coast hours preferred) Duration: 3 Months (possible extension) Bill Rate: OPEN Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on Senior Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer who can start immediately and deliver with minimal ramp-up. The role involves building and supporting REST API–based integrations, leveraging Groovy scripting within ODI, and loading transformed data into Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Strong experience with secure APIs and expiring tokens is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Develop and support ODI integrations on Linux Build and manage REST API integrations Extract data from ADP and CLM Web (Unison) Perform transformations and load data into Oracle ADW Implement and manage token-based API authentication (including refresh logic) Develop Groovy scripts for custom API handling and orchestration Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues independently Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance Required Skills Strong hands-on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) experience Linux-based ODI environment experience Advanced REST API development and integration Groovy scripting within ODI Experience with API security, OAuth, and expiring tokens Strong SQL and data transformation skills Experience loading data into Oracle ADW Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and deliver from Day 1 Preferred Experience with ADP and/or CLM Web (Unison) Background in HR, payroll, or contract systems Experience in fast-paced, short-term engagements Notes Consultant must be production-ready No training or learning-on-the-job expected Availability during West Coast business hours required
