Job#: 3030220 Job Description: Senior Oracle Payroll Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) Location: Hybrid (Open to remote for highly qualified candidates) Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Duration: Through end of year with possible extension/conversion Interview Process: 1–2 rounds (Zoom) Overview We are seeking a Senior Oracle Payroll Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) to support a high-impact Oracle HCM initiative. This role has been refined to target a senior-level, hands-on Oracle resource capable of contributing immediately across implementation and post-go-live environments. This is not a traditional BA role—we are prioritizing candidates with deep system expertise, strong Oracle Payroll knowledge, and the ability to operate across both functional and technical domains. Key Responsibilities • Support Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and post-go-live (hypercare) activities • Perform hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Partner across business and technical teams to deliver enhancements and system improvements • Analyze and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to data loads, reporting, and system optimization efforts • Provide guidance and expertise as a subject matter expert (SME) within Oracle HCM Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Oracle HCM-related roles • Proven experience supporting Oracle HCM implementations • Strong expertise in: • Oracle Payroll (required) • Core HR • OTBI Reporting • HDL / HSDL data loads • Demonstrated experience with: • Configuration and troubleshooting • Post-go-live / hypercare support environments • System enhancements and production support • Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in consulting or managed services environments • Strong ability to operate across functional and technical workstreams • Experience supporting complex, fast-paced enterprise environments What We’re Looking For • A senior-level Oracle SME—not a junior or documentation-focused BA • Hands-on experience vs. purely functional or requirements-gathering background • Candidates with recent Oracle Payroll implementation experience • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and delivery Additional Details • Work Model: Hybrid preferred; remote candidates considered if highly qualified (especially with strong HCM reporting experience) • Extension/Conversion: Possible • Priority: High—accelerated timeline Important Note Candidates must meet the technical requirements above to be considered.
