Senior Palantir Engineer

Seeking experienced Palantir Foundry developers to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative focused on consolidating operational, manufacturing, and financial data across complex enterprise systems into a unified data platform. The environment is highly business-facing and iterative, with developers expected to work closely with stakeholders, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver visible impact from early sprints. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain Spark/PySpark pipelines within Palantir Foundry • Develop ontology models, object/link types, and workflow-driven applications • Create and iterate frontend applications and dashboards using Workshop, Slate, or Carbon • Support data integration, validation, migration, and production readiness activities • Work closely with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders in agile delivery teams Required Experience: • Strong Python, PySpark, SQL, and TypeScript skills • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience including Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Workshop, and ontology development • Experience building data-intensive applications and workflow-driven business solutions • Strong communication skills and ability to work within evolving requirements and shifting priorities • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility enterprise environments Preferred: • Experience integrating ERP or enterprise operational systems • Background within defense, aerospace, manufacturing, consulting, or largescale transformation environments • Experience building interactive dashboards and advanced data visualizations
