Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Palantir Engineer in Cincinnati, OH. Duties Include:
β’ Act as Palantir subject matter expert (SME) throughout the POC period
β’ Partner with the Palantir team to understand architecture, data models, and integration approaches
β’ Provide independent assessments of technical configurations, data pipelines, and governance setup to ensure best practices and scalability
β’ Evaluate Palantir features and capabilities against client's sourcing and supplier data objectives (e.g., ingestion, curation, analytics, and reporting)
β’ Identify opportunities to maximize value and ROI from the POC by ensuring alignment with the Company's Azure Data Domain strategy
β’ Document technical learnings, configuration recommendations, and POC outcomes for internal reference
β’ Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with the internal Data and Power Platform teams
β’ Serve as -eyes and ears- during workshops, ensuring technical depth, transparency, and alignment on deliverables and success criteria
β’ Advise leadership on POC progress, risks, and potential long-term adoption strategy
Requirements
β’ 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform integration, with at least 2+ years of direct experience working with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms
β’ Deep understanding of data ingestion, transformation (ETL/ELT), ontology modeling, and data governance within Palantir
β’ Strong technical background with experience in Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, APIs, and data pipeline orchestration
β’ Proven ability to evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business stakeholders
β’ Experience supporting proof of concept or platform evaluation projects within large enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Prior experience integrating Palantir with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or Power BI
β’ Familiarity with procurement, sourcing, or supplier data domains
β’ Consulting or advisory background, particularly in technology enablement or data strategy initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
