Senior Portfolio Manager (IT / Enterprise Tech

EPITEC Now Hiring: Senior Portfolio Manager (IT / Enterprise Tech) Remote (U.S. – Eastern Time Hours) $75/hr | Long-Term Contract We’re hiring a Senior Portfolio Manager to support a large, mission-driven organization’s Enterprise Infrastructure & Core Services (EICS) team. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and drive visibility, coordination, and delivery across multiple IT functions including infrastructure, security, and operations. Key Responsibilities: • Own portfolio tracking, reporting, and governance across infrastructure, ITAM, and operations teams • Manage cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution • Build executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations • Coordinate CIO & CISO briefings, including materials and follow-ups • Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across teams • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, security, and business units Required Experience: • 7–10 years in portfolio/program/project management within enterprise IT • Experience supporting infrastructure, operations, or security environments • Strong executive communication skills (CIO/CISO-level reporting) • Experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously • Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint + Excel) Technical Skills: • Portfolio/project tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM) • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Familiarity with ITAM, ITSM, ITIL frameworks • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models Nice to Have: • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification • Experience in higher education or non-profit environments Long-term contract with strong potential for extension Remote onboarding | EST core hours required
