Exciting Opportunity In Data Analytics – Medical Device Industry Job Title: Senior Post Market Data Analyst Location: Boston, MA/Acton, MA (Onsite first 90 days, then hybrid potential) Pay Range: $60-70/hr Medical Equipment Manufacturing We are seeking a Senior Post Market Data Analyst to support post-market surveillance activities, complaint data analysis, reporting, and compliance initiatives within a medical device/life sciences environment. Responsibilities • Analyze and manage post-market surveillance and complaint data • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Support annual product reviews and regulatory reporting • Work with cross-functional teams including Quality and Regulatory • Perform data extraction, cleansing, and reporting activities • Support vigilance, CAPA, and risk management activities • Track project deliverables and support operational initiatives • Generate actionable insights from multiple data sources including TrackWise Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience in post-market surveillance, quality, compliance, or data analytics within medical device/life sciences • Strong Power BI experience • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis • Knowledge of medical device regulations • Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with Spotfire • TrackWise experience • Knowledge of complaint handling, vigilance, and risk management Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
