Senior Power BI Administrator - W2 Role

Job Title: Power BI Admin Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) Duration: Long Term IV Process: Video Interview Role Overview We are seeking a Senior BI Engineer – Platform Administrator with a strong focus on Power BI Administration and Microsoft Fabric. This role focuses on platform management, governance, performance optimization, and user support, rather than on dashboard development. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, scalability, and security of enterprise BI platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices. Top Must-Have Skills • Strong experience in Power BI Administration • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Expertise in managing: • Dataflows and queries • Workspaces and capacity management • Ability to interact with end users and resolve BI platform issues • Strong understanding of BI platform governance and best practices • Bachelor’s Degree (required) Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field • 5+ years of relevant experience in BI platform administration • Strong experience with: • Power BI (Admin focus) • SQL and relational databases • BI tools such as OBIEE/OAC Nice to Have • Experience with Microsoft Fabric models in Agentic AI • Experience migrating large user bases (e.g., 500+ users) to Fabric • Exposure to enterprise-scale BI transformations
