Job Title: Senior Power BI Business Analyst Remote 12 MONTHS contract to fulltime hire Prefer USC/GC but open for all who Authorized to work Education- Required a Bachelor degree and equivalent Summary We are seeking a Senior Power BI Business Analyst with strong experience in BI reporting, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, designing dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights using Power BI and SQL. Key Skills • Power BI (dashboard/report development, data visualization) • Strong SQL (data analysis, validation, querying) • Stakeholder communication & requirement gathering • Experience with Data Warehouse concepts • Business-focused mindset (bridge between business and IT) Core Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders • Design wireframes, mockups, and BI report specifications • Develop and validate reports/dashboards using Power BI • Perform data analysis and validation using SQL • Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery Nice to Have • Advanced Excel • Experience designing reporting solutions end-to-end • Domain exposure: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution Ideal Candidate Profile • 5 8+ years as a Business Analyst with BI/Data Visualization focus • Strong communicator who can work closely with business stakeholders • Hands-on with Power BI and comfortable working with data (SQL, DW) • Experience translating business needs into technical reporting solutions • Consultant mindset with problem-solving and strategic thinking ability Follow us over Linkedin - https://www.linkedin.com/company/hyr-global-source-inc
