Role description
Location: Fully remote, with preference for candidates in New Jersey or Philadelphia area; occasional travel may be required.

This senior-level role (Senior Manager or Director equivalent) involves redeveloping existing dashboards. The ideal candidate will operate independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a high standard of detail and quality throughout the program.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical BI initiative by integrating data from multiple sources and delivering intuitive, high-impact dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead the redesign and redevelopment of existing BI dashboards into Power BI, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced functionality.
β’ Create advanced dashboards that pull from multiple data sources, focusing on data integration, modeling, and user interface design.
β’ Collaborate with the Global PMO Director to align deliverables with program goals.
β’ Uphold best practices in BI development, including data accuracy, visualization standards, and performance optimization.
β’ Work autonomously to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions efficiently.
Must-Have Skills And Qualifications
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data visualization, and advanced features.
β’ Proven expertise in data integration, data modeling, and interface development across diverse data sources.
β’ Senior-level experience (Senior Manager or Director equivalent) in BI projects, with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
β’ Familiarity with ERP or program management systems.
β’ Location in NJ or Philly for potential on-site collaboration.
