Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop executive-level Power BI reporting solutions • Translate complex healthcare financial data into intuitive visualizations • Build interactive reports that support operational and strategic decision-making • Create reporting solutions leveraging enterprise semantic models • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements • Develop financial analytics and performance reporting dashboards • Deliver insights around revenue cycle operations and financial performance • Ensure reporting aligns with enterprise governance standards • Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership • Improve data accessibility and business adoption of analytics solutions • Collaborate with semantic modeling, architecture, and data engineering teams • Support enterprise reporting initiatives utilizing Databricks and Power BI Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Advanced Power BI experience • Experience creating executive and operational reporting solutions • Strong dashboard design and data storytelling capabilities • Experience developing business-friendly analytics solutions • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences • Business & Financial Expertise • Healthcare industry experience REQUIRED • Financial reporting experience REQUIRED • Financial analytics experience REQUIRED • Understanding of: • Accounts Receivable • Cash Flow • Financial Performance Metrics • Financial Modeling • Revenue Cycle Operations • Executive Financial Reporting • Operational Financial Reporting • Data & Architecture Knowledge • Understanding of semantic models • Understanding of enterprise reporting architecture • Knowledge of data relationships and dimensional modeling • Experience working with governed reporting environments • Understanding of data governance principles • Modern Data Platforms • Experience working with Databricks preferred • Experience consuming enterprise data models • Familiarity with modern cloud-based analytics environments • Revenue Cycle Management experience • Healthcare finance analytics experience • Enterprise reporting experience • Databricks experience • Experience supporting large healthcare organizations • Understanding of healthcare operational metrics • Experience presenting analytics to executive leadership Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
