Title: Power BI/Qlik Engineer
Location: REMOTE
Rate: 80-85/hr. W2

Project:
• Migrating from Qlik to PowerBI
• Moving to PowerBI is a strategic move - they are a Microsoft shop and license with Qlik is ending in April 2027. They have to get 50% of their assets out of Qlik by Nov/Dec 2026.
Looking for:
• A consultant that is well versed in Qlik and also well versed in PowerBI.
• They are looking for this person to think critically about how you go from one system into the new system to best enable them to leverage the PowerBI capabilities that they don't get from Qlik. Really a full stack, end to end type person that understands the full picture of the migration.
The Senior Data Analyst will design and refactor dimensional data models, support Power BI semantic models, and work across multiple Power BI workspaces to enable governed, scalable, and high-performance reporting. This role partners closely with analytics engineers, data engineers, BI developers, and clinical and business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions are trusted, reusable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
