Summary TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a highly stable enterprise utility and critical infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to support a large-scale SharePoint modernization initiative. This is an execution-focused role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions rather than spending time gathering requirements. You will support the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online while developing enterprise Power Platform solutions that integrate with SQL databases, EDI staging tables, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online. The environment is fast-paced and highly structured, with defined requirements, reusable components, and a strong focus on backend architecture, workflow automation, and rapid delivery. Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications • Build and maintain advanced Power Automate workflows with complex approval routing • Support the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online • Rebuild legacy InfoPath forms into modern Power Apps solutions • Convert existing Nintex workflows into Power Automate flows • Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL Server, EDI staging tables, and SharePoint Online • Develop scalable backend architecture and data models • Leverage reusable UI components and templates to accelerate delivery • Perform testing and validation prior to QA handoff • Deliver medium-complexity solutions within aggressive project timelines • Collaborate with technical teams supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 initiatives Requirements • 5+ years of Power Platform development experience in enterprise environments • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) • Advanced Power Automate development experience • Experience integrating with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint Online lists and libraries, and structured data sources • Previous experience with SharePoint migrations and modernization efforts • Hands-on experience converting InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows • Strong SQL and relational database design experience • Background in .NET and C# development preferred • Understanding of enterprise application architecture and scalable design principles • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is highly preferred TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
