Job Title / Role: Senior Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
We at Coforge are seeking βSenior Power Platform Developerβ with the proven expert with 5+ years of deep Power Platform experience, capable of delivering complex, production-ready solutions in large, governed environments
Required Skills
β’ 5+ years of professional experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
β’ Advanced expertise in:
o Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven)
o Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
o Dataverse (data modeling, security, performance)
β’ Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents using Copilot Studio or equivalent conversational AI platforms
β’ Strong understanding of AI integration patterns, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI governance
β’ Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, APIs, and enterprise data platforms
β’ Solid understanding of:
o Application lifecycle management (ALM)
o Security, compliance, and governance in enterprise environments
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
β’ Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes in a consulting or contract capacity
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Prior experience supporting Refining, Oil & Gas, Energy, or downstream operations, including exposure to operational, maintenance, reliability, safety, or commercial data domains
β’ Experience with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or custom LLM integrations
β’ Microsoft certifications such as PL 400, PL 600, AZ 204, AI 102, or equivalent
β’ Prior experience supporting or leading a Power Platform Center of Excellence
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Synapse, or modern data platforms
β’ Experience delivering high-volume, mission-critical Power Platform solutions
β’ Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder advisory skills
