Location: Mundelein, IL (Hybrid, 3 days per week from office)

Job Description
• Looking for an experienced PowerApps Developer with strong expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and deep integration capabilities using REST APIs and Azure API Management.
• You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain scalable low-code solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven applications based on business requirements.
• Implement and manage Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, forms, and views.
• Develop Power Automate cloud flows for automation, approvals, and system integrations.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external and internal systems using REST APIs.
• Work with JSON and XML formats for data exchange and API integrations.
• Implement and consume APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) for secure and scalable integration.
• Customize validation logic, business processes, and security roles in the Power Platform.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and security best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Model-Driven Apps
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Proficient in REST API integration and working with JSON/XML payloads.
• Experience with Azure Service / API Management (APIM).
• Understanding of Power Platform security concepts (roles, privileges, environments).
• Knowledge of ALM, solution packaging, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Good to Have
• Experience with Power Pages or Dynamics 365 customization.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure AD authentication.
• Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
