Position Summary
The Senior Product Analyst supports enterprise implementation of real-time location services (RTLS) solutions across healthcare facilities. This position partners with physical security, emergency operations, IT, and facility leadership, with a strong focus on project management, vendor coordination, and delivery of scalable RTLS solutions.
Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Management
β’ Lead end-to-end RTLS implementations across multiple facilities
β’ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, security, vendors)
β’ Ensure on-time delivery, system performance, and compliance standards
β’ Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
Product & Integration Support
β’ Translate operational and clinical requirements into technical solutions
β’ Define and document integration workflows (HL7, APIs, IoT platforms)
β’ Partner with vendors to deliver training materials and user adoption plans
β’ Support system upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management
Operations & Optimization
β’ Support Power BI and data analytics initiatives tied to RTLS data
β’ Troubleshoot incidents and maintain knowledge base documentation
β’ Drive optimization initiatives including SSO, workflow improvements, and multi-site deployments
Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs Degree
β’ 5+ years experience in technology implementation, product, or project management
β’ Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Strong execution and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
β’ Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
β’ Ability to drive results, accountability, and continuous improvement
β’ Analytical mindset with focus on data integrity and system performance
