About the Role
This is not a traditional backend or data engineering role—it’s a data-focused Python engineer position centered on building reusable tools, frameworks, and data pipelines for business users in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities
• Strong Python engineering experience (5+ years) - True production-level development—deployments, environment management, and scalable code structure (not scripting or notebooks)
• Data-heavy Python expertise - Hands-on with pandas, large/complex datasets, data validation, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating across data ecosystems - Snowflake, SQL Server, APIs—ability to pull, transform, and unify data across multiple sources
• Experience building reusable Python frameworks/packages - Internal libraries, shared codebases, dependency management, and standardized environments (major differentiator)
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical users and translating needs into technical solutions.
