Job Title: Senior Python & GenAI Technical Lead 📍 Location: Charlotte (Hybrid) 💼 Job Type: Contract (6 Months) 🧑 💻 Experience Required: 8–10+ Years ✅ Visa Independent Candidates Preferred Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, GCP, ETL, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience leading complex enterprise application development and support initiatives while coordinating with onsite/offshore teams and client stakeholders. This role requires strong technical leadership, delivery coordination, and hands-on expertise in cloud-native and AI-enabled application development. Must Have Skills • Python • RabbitMQ • Kubernetes • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Java • Teradata • ETL • Generative AI • LangChain • LangGraph Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using Python and cloud-native technologies • Build and manage event-driven and distributed systems using RabbitMQ • Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and GCP environments • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and data integration workflows • Implement and support Generative AI solutions using: • LangChain • LangGraph • Coordinate with onsite teams, offshore teams, and client stakeholders for successful project delivery • Manage complex software development and support projects across multiple workstreams • Participate in solution design, troubleshooting, and production support activities • Ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and effective communication across teams Required Experience • 8–10+ years of IT industry experience • Strong hands-on expertise in Python development • Experience with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and GCP • Strong understanding of ETL and enterprise data processing • Exposure to Generative AI frameworks and enterprise AI implementations • Experience managing offshore teams and delivery coordination Top Responsibilities • Delivery coordination and project management • Managing complex application development and support projects • Coordinating with offshore teams, onsite teams, and clients
