Position: Senior Qlik Sense Developer & Onsite Coordinator
Location: Jersey City, NJ & Boston, MA (3 days Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
• Minimum 10–12 years in BI/Analytics with substantial hands-on Qlik Sense experience and client-facing coordination.
• Prior experience in financial reporting or knowledge of financial concepts is a strong advantage.
Role Summary
• Hands-on senior developer who owns end-to-end Qlik delivery and serves as the onsite coordinator between the client and distributed delivery teams. You’ll build scalable Qlik Sense apps, automate pixel-perfect NPrinting reports, manage Qlik administration, and drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.
Must-have Skills :
• 10–12 years BI experience; 6+ years hands-on Qlik Sense development.
• Proven Qlik NPrinting experience and Qlik administration skills.
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating data from databases, files, and APIs.
• Experience with performance tuning, incremental loads, and QVD strategies.
• Agile delivery experience and excellent stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to work onsite in Boston a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize Qlik Sense apps and visualizations for executive and operational users.
• Build/maintain data models (star/snowflake), QVD strategy, and ETL scripts; ensure performance and data quality.
• Create and automate reports using Qlik NPrinting; manage distribution and SLAs.
• Perform Qlik administration (QMC): security rules, Section Access, task scheduling, license/environment hygiene.
• Act as onsite coordinator — run workshops, manage priorities, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and handle stakeholder communication.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune apps for reliability and performance.
Nice-to-have
• Qlik certifications, exposure to Qlik Cloud, experience with SAP/Salesforce connectors, and familiarity with AWS/Azure.
