Within the Strategic Programs organization of the Acute Care and Monitoring Operating Unit, the Senior Sales Analyst- Contract Compliance and Price Management will be responsible for the management of ongoing end customer contract access, compliance and related price management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an enhanced process and the tools necessary to contribute to the market share and price-related profitability objectives of the Operating Unit and Medtronic. Using data management and analytics tools, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Contracting and Commercial Operations to meet profitability, price and performance objectives.
The role also involves providing economic insights into the ACM market, identifying, planning, and executing key initiatives for customer outreach, and conducting advanced ad-hoc analytics to inform business decisions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serve as a pivotal data analytics and insights partner to sales and marketing leaders, aiding them in managing end customer compliance and achieving strategic financial priorities.
• Develop the tools and reporting necessary to manage business unit data, reporting, and analytics tools related to price and compliance management.
• Evaluate performance reporting and execution analytics, aligning efforts with outcomes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data at all levels—national, area, region, territory, and portfolio—to enhance market strategy and support sales force compliance efforts.
• Support the development of processes to objectively assess price and compliance effectiveness, reporting monthly and quarterly and annual effectiveness of metrics.
• Prepare dashboards and metrics for quarterly management reviews. Support needs-based data analytics and insights generation to deep dive business performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for business performance improvements and collaborate with other disciplines such as Finance/Pricing, Marketing, IT, Contacts, Operations, Global Commercial Office, etc.
• Engage with customers to implement price and compliance related actions and strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
• Analytics & Insights: Ensure the timely delivery of end customer and business unit data with actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Salesforce Effectiveness: Lead collaboratives efforts with the sales force to identify, target and implement corrective actions related to price and contract compliance.
• Project Management: Lead and drive data development and management initiatives, fostering innovation and enhancing operational efficiency.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 4 years of analytics experience with a bachelor's degree or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of analytics experience
Nice to Have
• 6-9 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics.
• Practical experience in data management and analytics, go-to-market strategy transformation, and business planning.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify problems and opportunities, providing value-added solutions.
• Self-driven and capable of independently managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with a history of addressing cross-functional challenges and achieving results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with experience in a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with knowledge of the healthcare and medical device industry being a plus.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
