Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics & Reporting
📍 Location: Arlington, VA
🏢 Hybrid Schedule: In-office 4 days/week
About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics & Reporting to support a global commercial organization through data-driven insights, forecasting, and reporting analytics. This role will own and evolve key sales performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure, helping business leaders make informed decisions across pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales performance analytics.
This is a highly visible role partnering closely with Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, and Business Development teams to improve reporting accuracy, streamline analytics processes, and drive commercial performance across multiple regions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and manage sales analytics dashboards related to pipeline performance, forecasting, and sales reporting
• Analyze commercial and CRM data to deliver actionable business insights to leadership teams
• Support pipeline and revenue forecasting across multiple business regions
• Maintain and improve reporting accuracy, dashboard performance, and data integrity
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams
• Support sales incentive and performance reporting initiatives
• Identify reporting gaps and develop new metrics and analytical views as business needs evolve
• Utilize modern analytics and AI-assisted reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or commercial analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and CRM reporting tools
• Experience building dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reporting solutions
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate insights clearly to leadership teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus
• Energy, industrial, or B2B industry experience preferred but not required
