About the Job Title: Senior Salesforce AI Developer | Apex | LWC | Agentforce | Remote Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months) Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on custom development, AI-powered automation, and modern Salesforce technologies. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce architecture, and AI-assisted development tools, who can deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. • Build scalable business solutions utilizing Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder. • Lead the implementation of enterprise Salesforce Lightning solutions, including architecture, customization, and integrations. • Develop AI-powered automation solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or similar AI technologies. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent platforms to improve software development productivity and code quality. • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using industry-standard integration patterns and tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and version control processes. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce declarative tools. • 3+ years leading Salesforce Lightning implementation projects and delivering enterprise-scale custom solutions. • Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, RAG, or similar AI technologies. • Experience using AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent development accelerators. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and application design best practices. • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization. • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and DevOps tools such as Copado. • Proficiency with Salesforce development environments including VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX, and version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket. • Experience working in Agile development environments and enterprise software delivery teams.
