Senior Salesforce / Lead Developer

Position: Senior Salesforce / Lead Developer Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Pay Rate: $70/hr. on 1099 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce / Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and leading end-to-end implementations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation using the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. • Develop and customize Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and implement best practices. • Manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware tools. • Oversee the data model, security model, workflows, process automation, and deployment processes. • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards. • Troubleshoot performance issues and provide technical guidance on complex Salesforce features. • Work closely with Admins, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth release management. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role. • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, workflows, and process automation tools. • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration with external systems. • Proficiency with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins). • Experience with Salesforce DevOps, Packaging, and Deployment best practices. • Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Application Architect certification is highly preferred. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
