Senior SAP Business Objects Platform Consultant

Location: St. Louis. MO Hybrid – Onsite Mondays & Thursdays (MSD Market Street) Duration: Contract Job Summar yWe are seeking a Senior SAP Business Objects Platform Consultant to lead the upgrade and migration of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform and SAP Data Services from version 4.3 to BI 2025. This is a hands-on technical role focused on platform administration, installation, migration, and production cutover—not report development .Responsibilitie • sLead end-to-end upgrade and migration of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 to BI 2025 • .Upgrade SAP Data Services repositories, Job Servers, and related components • .Install and configure BI Platform 2025, CMS, FRS, CMC, Apache Tomcat, and Java 17 • .Migrate reports, universes (UNV to UNX), security, schedules, and repositories • .Configure authentication (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/SSO) • .Perform system validation, performance tuning, production cutover, and post-go-live support • .Work closely with SQL DBAs, infrastructure teams, and BI/ETL developers .Required Qualification • s5+ years of SAP BusinessObjects Platform Administration experience • .Recent hands-on experience upgrading SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.3 to BI 2025 • .Strong experience with SAP Data Services administration and upgrades • .Expertise with CMS, CMC, FRS, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Information Design Tool (IDT), and Promotion Management • .Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, Java 17, and enterprise authentication (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/SSO) • .Proven experience leading enterprise platform upgrades from planning through production deployment .Preferre • dSAP BusinessObjects Platform Administration certification • .Experience supporting large enterprise BusinessObjects environments • .Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer skills .
