On W2 | $82.14/hr. to $92.00/hr. on C2C Domain: Manufacturing | Enterprise Global Finance Operations Application Deadline: June 1, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): • 10–14 years of deep SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) experience within a large enterprise environment • Minimum 6+ years of strong, hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Fiori) • Expertise in SAP Taxation and complex Intercompany processes • Extensive configuration experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing • End-to-end process knowledge across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles • Strong foundational knowledge of finance, accounting, and data validation/reconciliation routines Secondary (Good to Have): • Prior experience supporting S/4HANA Migration initiatives • Familiarity with interfaces, 3rd party integrations, and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects • Knowledge of parallel ledger systems and multi-GAAP compliance structures • Exposure to aligning financial structures with geospatial, geographic, or regional operational reporting needs POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an Elite Senior SAP FICO Analyst with 10 to 14 years of experience to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting global finance operations onsite in Moline, IL. In this role, you will design, refine, and govern sustainable S/4HANA Finance solutions that optimize financial processes, enhance cost transparency, and ensure regulatory compliance. Acting as a crucial bridge between corporate finance stakeholders and technical engineering teams, the incumbent will translate complex business requirements into robust SAP configurations that drive automated, scalable, and risk-managed financial operations. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as the primary SAP FICO SME to design, configure, and support S/4HANA Finance solutions, utilizing deep functional knowledge of the Universal Journal and Fiori apps. • Oversee and optimize advanced cost structures, allocation methods, and project tracking through expert manipulation of Cost Center Accounting (CCA) and Internal Orders. • Lead the technical execution of tax configurations, intercompany postings, and global compliance processes across the organization's enterprise ledger. • Support and streamline cross-functional, end-to-end financial workflows intersecting with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business cycles. • Collaborate directly with business analysts and technical data teams to author comprehensive RICEFW specifications, manage change requests, and map detailed system integrations. • Execute month-end close cycles, complex variance analysis, and data validation routines to safeguard data quality standards for management reporting and external audits. • Drive rigorous unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing (UAT) cycles for new enhancements, ensuring zero disruption to daily business-critical finance operations.
