Senior SharePoint / Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to enhance the organization’s intranet and improve business operational efficiencies by leveraging integrations with Microsoft’s Power Platform. The developer will play a key role in troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and effective development aligned with business needs. Responsibilities • Enhance and maintain the organization’s intranet using SharePoint Online and Office 365. • Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet business requirements. • Design and develop intranet solutions with custom layouts, features, and functionalities. • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, and related tools) to improve workflows and reporting. • Develop and maintain code using C#.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and JQuery. • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in SharePoint Online. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of SharePoint development experience, including customization and administration of SharePoint Online and Office 365. • Proven experience designing and developing intranet solutions in SharePoint 365. • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.). • 4+ years of hands-on development experience in C#.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, and JQuery (or similar frameworks). • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online security and compliance standards. • Proficiency in UI/UX best practices. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Microsoft Copilot integrations. • M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development. • Knowledge of gamification principles for intranet adoption and engagement. • Relevant certifications such as: • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate • Other related Microsoft certifications
