Role description
Title: Senior Statistician Location: Bloomington, IN (100% Onsite) Job Overview: Looking for a Senior Statistician to provide statistical expertise supporting product development, manufacturing, quality, validation, and process improvement initiatives in a regulated environment. Responsibilities: β€’ Provide statistical support to Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical teams. β€’ Perform data analysis, investigations, and develop data-driven solutions. β€’ Support DOE, process validation, process capability, MSA, SPC, sampling plans, and statistical modeling. β€’ Review and approve statistical methods for protocols, reports, and quality documentation. β€’ Translate statistical results into actionable recommendations for technical teams. β€’ Support audits, continuous improvement activities, and statistical training. Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience applying statistics in manufacturing, quality, validation, or product development. β€’ Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, automotive, or regulated industries preferred. β€’ Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, MSA, process capability, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling. β€’ Experience with Minitab or similar statistical software preferred. β€’ Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR, and ISO 14971 preferred. β€’ Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred: Medical device manufacturing experience.
