Must-Have Skills:
• 8+ years of Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science experience
• Strong Python and Advanced SQL
• Hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema)
• Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
• Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics Analytics
• Statistical Analysis (Regression, Time Series, Hypothesis Testing)
• AI-driven Analytics & Predictive Modeling
• Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Develop AI-powered supply chain insights
• Partner with Operations, Planning, and Business teams
• Deliver production-ready data products and actionable business insights
