Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Support Analyst (Integration) with strong hands-on experience in MuleSoft to support and manage enterprise API integrations and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced support for MuleSoft integrations and APIs
• Troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Manage API platform and system integrations
• Monitor system reliability, availability, and performance
• Handle incident management, health checks, and escalations
• Support deployments and production releases
• Improve processes and implement best practices
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation
Required Skills:
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Management & Flow Design)
• Integration support experience (5–8+ years)
• REST APIs, Java, XML, JSON
• Root cause analysis & troubleshooting
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog – preferred)
