Senior Tableau Developer - Commercial Pharma Analytics

Duration: Long-term contract Location: 100% REMOTE Seeking a Tableau Analytics Lead with experience delivering commercial pharmaceutical analytics and dashboard solutions. This role will lead reporting workstreams, partner with business stakeholders, and develop Tableau dashboards that support sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Responsibilities: • Lead Tableau dashboard development for commercial pharmaceutical analytics initiatives • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPI reporting • Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and visualizations • Validate data accuracy using SQL and support UAT activities • Manage workstream priorities, timelines, and deliverables • Collaborate with analysts, business users, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions Requirements: candidates should have experience working with commercial pharma data and be comfortable owning dashboard delivery from requirements through production. • 7+ years of Tableau development experience • 3+ years supporting commercial pharmaceutical analytics • Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and data analysis Preferred Requirements: • Experience with commercial pharma datasets such as IQVIA (DDD, Xponent, PlanTrak, LAAD) or similar data sources • Experience with Veeva CRM data • Experience with Snowflake
