8 Months ContractJob Description: We are looking for a skilled Senior Tableau Developer to transform complex data into clear, visually compelling insights that drive impactful, data-driven decisions. This role requires extensive experience with Tableau (including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online), along with a strong understanding of Salesforce integration and cloud data warehousing tools like Snowflake. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, create reports, develop dashboards, and support end-users with training and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and reporting. Design, develop, test, and deploy dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and offer actionable insights. Research and recommend innovative BI and visualization solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. Assess predictive analytics models to provide insights into future scenarios and inform strategic decisions. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards and reports. Conduct training sessions to empower end-users to effectively leverage BI tools and dashboards. Continuously refine and adjust BI strategy to meet changing project needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent technical education and experience. Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and exposure to Tableau Online. Proven experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce and working with cloud-based data warehousing tools, such as Snowflake. Strong software development skills, including a solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
