About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations. This contract role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate business needs into user-friendly Tableau solutions that align with corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build insightful Tableau dashboards and reports.
Prepare and integrate data from multiple sources (databases, cloud, flat files).
Develop and optimize data models and calculations within Tableau.
Improve dashboard performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Apply data visualization and UX best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure data governance and security compliance.
Document solutions and provide training/support.
Lead by example and mentor team members.
Requirements:
5+ years of Tableau development experience.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Experience with structured, maintainable coding and deployment processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have:
Team player mindset.
Experience with Airtable or Smartsheet.

1st round: Technical interview (virtual/in-person)
2nd round: Culture fit interview (in-person)
