Senior Technical Business /'data Analyst

We’re looking for someone who blends technical depth, architectural thinking, and strong business analysis skills—a leader who can drive clarity, design scalable solutions, and guide development efforts with confidence. What You’ll Do 🔧 Technical Leadership & Architecture • Architect and design workflow, process flow, and system integrations across enterprise applications. • Provide hands‑on technical guidance to developers and cross‑functional teams. • Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements aligned with business and data strategy. 📊 Business Analysis & Data Expertise • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and development tasks. • Analyze complex business processes and design optimized, scalable solutions. • Work closely with BI teams to enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI. • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, data flows, and system behaviors. 🛠 Development & Systems Work • Leverage full‑stack development experience to support solution design and implementation. • Collaborate on backend database architecture, data pipelines, and integration patterns. • Work within ERP environments such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP, ensuring alignment with retail operations. 🤝 Collaboration & Leadership • Act as a technical BA who can lead discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions. • Mentor team members and help build a strong, cohesive technical team. • Communicate clearly with executives, business partners, and technical staff. • Bring an assertive, proactive, “alpha” leadership style that keeps projects moving and teams aligned. What You Bring ✔ Technical Skills • Strong software development background; full‑stack experience preferred. • Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and backend database architecture. • Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP. • Ability to architect workflows, process flows, and system integrations. ✔ Business & Analytical Skills • Exceptional analytical thinking and process‑oriented mindset. • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with clarity and precision. • Strong understanding of retail domain processes (POS, inventory, supply chain, etc.) is a plus. ✔ Leadership & Communication • Confident communicator who can influence, lead, and collaborate across teams. • Proven ability to guide technical discussions and drive architectural decisions. • Comfortable taking ownership and setting direction in ambiguous environments.
