Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+) and core Java concepts
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation)
• Experience in microservices architecture and REST API design
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native development
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ (preferred)
• Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
