Senior Technical Lead

About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in modern software technologies to provide architectural direction, technical guidance, and delivery oversight across multiple modernization and integration projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining technical strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Define and communicate the technical vision across multiple projects. • Provide hands-on architectural and code review to ensure scalability, performance, and security. • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and integration teams for cohesive project delivery. • Translate business requirements into modular, cloud-ready architectures. • Drive best practices in design, documentation, and coding standards. • Lead teams across frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure domains. • Ensure smooth CI/CD and AWS infrastructure operations (EKS, EC2, IAM, ALBs, CloudWatch). • Oversee authentication & authorization systems (Okta, Keycloak) and integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft). • Stay up to date with emerging tech, frameworks, and industry trends. Tech Stack Frontend: Angular 17, Angular Material, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, CSS, SASS, Micro Frontend Backend: NestJS 10, Java 17+, Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, TypeORM Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch), Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Database: PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Integrations: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft Testing: Jest (Frontend & Backend) Security: Okta SAML 2.0, Keycloak, AWS Secrets Manager AI/ML Concepts: LLMs, NLP, Deep Learning Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. • Proven expertise in modern web frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Strong knowledge of frontend (Angular) and backend (NestJS/Java) technologies. • Experience with agile/hybrid project methodologies. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
