Job Description:
MUSTS:
Background in the energy sector, particularly with refining or terminal operations
• Proven experience as a technical support analyst or similar role, with a focus on application support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting databases.
• Ability to understand and analyze code to diagnose application issues.
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead skills, with experience guiding teams or managing escalations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Wichita, KS, 3 days per week.
BONUS:
• Experience with AWS for cloud-based application support.
• Familiarity with graph Neo4j or database technologies.
• Exposure to ITIL processes or incident management frameworks.
