Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Senior Technology Portfolio Management Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Technology Portfolio Management Analyst, you will be part of the Technology Business Services department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Technology Portfolio Management Analyst Location:Charlotte, NC and Irving, TX Pay Range What's the Job? โ€ข Independently execute core technology portfolio management activities including intake, prioritization workflows, and governance routines. โ€ข Serve as operational back-up to the Lead Technology Portfolio Manager for defined portfolio areas. โ€ข Monitor alignment to classification and governance standards; escalate exceptions as needed. โ€ข Own forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis for assigned portfolios or programs. โ€ข Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support decision-making and prepare recurring portfolio reports and executive summaries. What's Needed? โ€ข 5+ years of experience in technology portfolio management, business services, program management, or operations. โ€ข Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. โ€ข Experience supporting or coordinating Move to Leader (MTL) or workforce transition activities preferred. โ€ข Strong data management skills, with the ability to handle large data volumes and ensure data accuracy across systems. โ€ข Ability to work independently, apply seasoned judgment, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
