• Expertise in Snowflake, AWS Services, DBT
• Strong background in data integration and reconciliation
• Experience managing technical support teams & service delivery
• Solid understanding of ITIL (ITIL v4 Foundation preferred)
• Familiarity with SLAs, service management tools, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow a plus) Nice-to-Have
• PowerBI, Qlik Replicate, Fivetran, Snaplogic, Globalscape
• Python, Full Stack (Node/React.js), AI/ML
• Informatica ETL, Oracle PL/SQL, QlikSense/QlikView
