Required Certification Candidates must possess the following certification that can be verified in the ServiceNow Certification Portal: ServiceNow Suite Certification – Workflow Data Fabric Required Experience Candidates must demonstrate: • Minimum three (3) successful implementations of Workflow Data Fabric solutions within ServiceNow environments • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and enterprise workflow orchestration • Experience designing data exchange, orchestration, and automation across enterprise platforms • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware platforms Experience implementing solutions within public sector or regulated environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric solutions enabling seamless workflow orchestration across enterprise systems • Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub • Implement data exchange frameworks between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications • Configure and optimize data pipelines, orchestration rules, and automation logic • Collaborate with platform architects and functional teams to deliver scalable workflow automation solutions • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements Preferred Experience Strong experience with: • ServiceNow Flow Designer • IntegrationHub • REST/SOAP API integrations • Enterprise data orchestration • Multi-system workflow automation • Public sector ServiceNow implementations Nice to Have • Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, CSM, CAD, etc.) • Experience with enterprise integration tools and middleware • Experience working in government or large enterprise environments About the Project This role will support a large-scale ServiceNow implementation for a public sector organization, focused on modernizing enterprise workflow orchestration and data integration capabilities.
