SF Master Data Consultant

Job Title: SF Master Data Consultant (Part-Time) Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Duration: ASAP – October 10 (Approximately 8 hours/week) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SF Master Data Consultant for a part-time, remote opportunity to support master and transactional data integrations between key enterprise systems including Coupa, SuccessFactors, HR Nexus, and ServiceNow. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of data uploads and downloads across platforms while supporting standardized configurations. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and manage standard master and transactional data via Configuration Manager. • Perform Master Data uploads from Coupa, including Business Units, Cost Centers, GL Codes, Legal Entities, Locations, and Job Codes. • Conduct user uploads from SuccessFactors/HR Nexus and worker uploads (Worker ID) from SuccessFactors. • Support worker data downloads into ServiceNow and invoice data downloads to Coupa. • Implement and maintain productized SuccessFactors integrations including Position Management and Worker Download integrations. Required Qualifications: • Proven experience with SuccessFactors and master data management. • Strong understanding of Coupa, ServiceNow, and HR Nexus integrations. • Familiarity with Configuration Manager for managing and configuring master/transactional data. • Ability to work independently on a part-time basis and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Additional Details: • This is a part-time remote role (approx. 8 hours per week). • Candidate must be based in the U.S. due to system and data access requirements. • Immediate availability is preferred.
