About the role
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power BI to design and enhance a modern SharePoint environment. This role will partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable collaboration solutions, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and build a modern SharePoint Online intranet from the ground up.
• Develop and enhance SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, workflows, and site architecture.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business insights.
• Integrate Power BI with SharePoint Online for seamless reporting and data visualization.
• Implement SharePoint governance, permissions, and Microsoft 365 best practices.
• Collaborate with business teams, provide user training, and create technical documentation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience building modern SharePoint Online intranets.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is preferred.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data integration, reporting concepts, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $60–$70/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
