About the Role
We are seeking a SharePoint / Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, development, and optimization of a modern SharePoint Online environment while delivering business intelligence solutions through Power BI.
This role combines SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 expertise, Power BI dashboard development, and business collaboration to build scalable collaboration platforms and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• SharePoint Development & Architecture
• Design and build a modern SharePoint Online intranet
Develop:
• SharePoint sites
• Modern pages
• Document libraries
• Site structures
• Workflows
• Expand and optimize existing SharePoint environments
• Implement governance, permissions, and Microsoft 365 best practices
Power BI Development
• Build interactive Power BI dashboards
• Develop business reports and KPIs
• Integrate Power BI with SharePoint Online
• Support business reporting and analytics initiatives
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Microsoft 365 Strategy
• Serve as the SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert
• Recommend architecture improvements
• Support scalability and platform governance
• Guide business users on Microsoft 365 capabilities
Business Partnership
• Gather business requirements
• Train end users
• Create technical documentation
• Promote adoption of Microsoft collaboration tools
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience
• Experience designing and building modern SharePoint Online intranets
• SharePoint administration experience
• SharePoint development experience
• Power BI dashboard development
• Data modeling experience
• Strong understanding of reporting and analytics
• Ability to work independently
